Can I cancel my subscription?                                  

Yes, as we’re currently on manual renewal for all our subscriptions, you will not be charged unless you renew your subscription.

However, please take note that we don’t offer refunds or pro-rated subscriptions.

All subscribed services are valid till the end of your subscription.

How do I renew my subscription?

As we’re currently on manual renewal, you will not be charged unless you renew your subscription.

To renew your subscription, please make a new order of the subscription you would like to renew and indicate your current/expiring Order or Subscription ID.

You may find your Order or Subscription ID under “My account” after you have logged in.
